1. Move in a way that wakes up flow
Movement is the most direct lever you have. Muscles that contract send a steady demand signal down to the smallest vessels, and that demand is part of what keeps the network active and responsive. A working heart and moving legs ask more of your microcirculation, and the system tends to answer.
You don't need an athlete's schedule. A brisk daily walk, a few short bouts of getting your heart rate up, and simply standing and moving more across the day all count. The point is consistency the vessels can rely on.
2. Feed the lining, not just the scale
